Step 2: Once our Kickstarter campaign goes live, visit the Kickstarter page and select your preferred PowrKnee model and any add-ons.

Step 3: After the crowdfunding campaign ends, your $20 deposit will be refunded through the payment method you used, within 7 business days, and the $100 discounted refund will be credited back to the bank card linked to your Kickstarter payment within 14 business days.

To request a refund for your deposit, please email support@yrobot-powr.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount. We'll process your deposit refund within 7 days. Please note that transaction fees may be applicable.

We use the Kickstarter email address to match our pre-order list and verify if the backer has placed a deposit. This ensures a smooth process for verifying your benefits. Please use the same email address for both your deposit and your Kickstarter account when placing your order.

If you wish to purchase two or more units, you'll need to place multiple deposits. Please make sure you use the same email address for each deposit and your Kickstarter order.

PowrKnee comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty, covers repairs for issues not resulting from human error. During the warranty period, our team is available to help with any questions you may have.
